COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TOWNHOME COMMUNITIES
2020/04/01
Dear Percel Townhome Clients:

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 updates from Government and all Regional Health Authorities every
day. We are all living through an unprecedented time in our lives and are taking all available precautions
to protect our Team Members and our client properties.

Townhome properties are unique in that they generally have little/no amenities that require specialized
cleaning/sanitizing during something like this current Pandemic. If you have a playground, we suggest you
keep your children/grandchildren away as we are not cleaning the equipment.
We ask that you not congregate on the common elements and maintain a 2-meter distance from
your neighbors and refrain from having visitors. We must all due to our part to flatten the curve and
reduce community spread.

Our Team members are on the front line as we are exposed to multiple residents, trades and Corporation
staff. Due to COVID-19, most Percel employees are working remotely, away from our offices, to support
our condominium corporation clients. Effective March 25, 2020, in response to the announcement by the
Premier, ALL PERCEL AND ATL OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED for 14 days.

All of our staff will be working remotely as best as they can. Managers will still take their emergency calls
and work with our contractors to deal with any emergency as it arises. Corporations can still hold meetings
using technology rather than in person.

We remain focused and dedicated to managing the day-to-day operations of your community, even when
we cannot be there personally.
If you need immediate assistance, please contact your Condominium Manager, or either call Percel's Head
Office at 905-761-6840, press 1 for emergencies and speak to the live assistant.
You may also email your manager or enter your request through your corporation website (if they have one) or
email service@percel.com for further assistance.
Please be patient. You will be contacted.

Homeowners: There is no deferred payment of common element fees. The Condominium Act does
not permit this, and we suggest those requiring financial assistance to contact either the Federal or
Provincial Government Agencies that are providing such assistance.
Please ensure you follow the newest suggestions or requirements of our local governments to stop the
community spread of this horrible virus.

Be Safe. We look forward to seeing you all IN PERSON as soon as possible.

Yours truly,
PERCEL INC.
